Notice of Quarterly Trading Update


Industrials REIT will release its quarterly trading update for the quarter ended 31 March 2022 on
Friday, 29 April 2022. There will be a live webinar presentation for investors and analysts commencing
at 9.00 am BST / 10.00 am SAST. The update will include an overview of the Company’s performance
in the first quarter of 2022, the sharing of data and insights from its Industrials Hive operating
platform, as well as the Company’s take on the MLI investment market and the trends that are
influencing current activity.
