Notice of Quarterly Trading Update


20 January 2022

Industrials REIT will release its quarterly trading update for the quarter ended 31 December 2021 on
Friday, 28 January 2022. There will be a live webinar presentation for investors and analysts
commencing at 9.00 am GMT / 11.00 am SAST. Alongside an overview of the Company’s performance
over the last quarter of 2021, the presentation will include management sharing data from the
Industrials Hive operating platform, as well as a review of how the different regional markets have
performed during 2021.
