Stenprop will today be hosting an investor day. It will include a tour of its multi-let industrial assets in Warrington,
Huyton, Liverpool and Speke, a presentation from the management providing an overview of these assets and the
Company’s digital marketing strategy. A copy of the presentation will be uploaded onto www.stenprop.com.

No new information will be disclosed and the Company will not be commenting on current trading.
