Shareholders are advised that Stenprop’s notice of annual general meeting (the “Notice”) has been dispatched to
shareholders today, Friday, 31 July 2020. The Notice is available on the Company’s website:

The annual general meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 16 September 2020 at 9.00 a.m. BST / 10.00 a.m.
SAST.

The record date on which shareholders must be recorded in the Company’s share register in order to attend and vote 
at the meeting is Friday, 11 September 2020 by 5.00 p.m. BST / 6.00 p.m. SAST.
