NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders are advised that Stenprop’s annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 March 2020 (on which the Company’s auditors, Deloitte LLP, expressed an unmodified audit opinion),
is being dispatched today, Thursday, 25 June 2020, to shareholders. The audited annual financial statements contain
no changes from the preliminary results announcement for the year ended 31 March 2020, which were published on
12 June 2020. The annual report is available on the Company’s website: https://stenprop.com/investors/results-and-
presentations/

The notice of annual general meeting of Stenprop will be posted separately, on or about 31 July 2020.
