Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report (the “Annual Report”), incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2018 (on which the Company’s auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion),
is being dispatched today, Friday, 27 July 2018, to shareholders. The audited annual financial statements contain no changes 
from the provisional annual results for the year ended 31 March 2018, which were published on 7 June 2018. The Annual Report 
is available on the Company’s website:

The Annual Report is accompanied by a notice of annual general meeting for Stenprop shareholders (the “Notice”), which annual
general meeting will be held at 180 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5QZ on Wednesday, 12 September 2018 at 9:00 a.m.

The record date on which shareholders must be recorded in the Company’s share register in order to attend and vote at the annual
