Shareholders are advised that Stenprop's annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021 (on which the Company's auditors, BDO LLP, expressed an unqualified audit opinion), is being dispatched today, Thursday, 24 June 2021, to shareholders. The audited annual financial statements contain no changes from the preliminary results announcement for the year ended 31 March 2021, which were published on 11 June 2021. The notice of annual general meeting of Stenprop will be posted separately on or about 30 July 2021.
