Team & Office Assistant

We invest in a diversified portfolio of UK multi-let industrial (MLI) properties with the strategic goal of becoming the leading MLI business in the UK. We have offices in London and Stockport, and own and manage more than 100 industrial estates around the UK which are home to over 1,500 customers.

To achieve our strategic goal, we have invested in a technology-driven market-leading operating platform to support the gradual digitalisation and improvement of the customer experience to drive occupancy and income. This platform covers all elements of our business, from marketing through to leasing, and from property management through to finance.


We are looking to hire a Team & Office Assistant who will help support the London and Stockport offices.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the day-to-day running of our offices in London and Stockport aligning processes and protocols across all office environments

Assisting with the Stockport office move to a new location keeping in line with the budget and target timescales

Liaising with vendors, maintenance and building management to ensure smooth running of the office environment

Maintaining office and kitchen supplies (considering ESG factors)

Distributing incoming post and arranging couriers to collect outgoing post

Maintaining & implementing office/health & Safety policies

Managing the health & safety for both offices including DSE assessments and other risk assessments as required by law

Creating a positive work environment and owning all team morale initiatives

Handling incoming calls to our main telephone line

Assisting with ad hoc office projects as and when required

EA duties including diary management, expenses, travel and ad hoc project admin for the Executive and Senior Management teams (including Investor Relations and Board)

Travel to the Stockport office will be required (c. once per month)

Key Candidate Attributes:

Team player with strong communication skills

Keen to immerse themselves in all aspects of the business and willing to learn and take direction from the team and business around them

High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads
